The Fields of Eden Inn, LLC Reservation Rules and Restrictions


Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the pre-paid departure date confirmed for any reason, your funds will not be refunded unless you have contacted our office Seven (7) business days beforehand.

Arrival Time: Rooms are not available until the designated check-in time of 3:00 pm. The nature of our motel reservation model does not allow occupancy prior to check-in time on the date of the reservation.

Check Out Time: Your digital room key code expires at 11:00 am on your departure date. The nature of our motel reservation model does not allow occupancy after check out time on the date of the reservation.

Rate Rules/Restrictions: Rates are confirmed in the currency of the United States of America as specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of reserved suites, the number of occupants per suite, per night and include any pre-stocking items or other items that you may have purchased on our website. Suite rates vary according to the features of the specific suite. The applicable charges for the rates confirmed are indicated in your e-mail confirmation details. Applicable taxes and service charges, if applicable, will be added to the motel bill. The taxes and service charges shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

Revision/Cancellation: Should you need to cancel, please do so 72 hours before check in time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation of reservations for which payment was received must be received via email to receive full credit on the credit card that was used to make your reservation. Your refund for unused rooms/dates will be refunded in full up to 96 hours after cancellation notification provided you meet the terms of the cancellation policy. A new payment is required for revisions to reservations received after the cancellation refund due date. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation is subject to the motel's availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please email us at reservations@fieldsofedeninn.com. The date/time stamp of the email will be proof of the reservation cancellation request. Please include your Confirmation # that you received via email after you placed your reservation, when corresponding with us.

We reserve the right to contact you, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
